His innovative initiatives, including North Carolina’s first academy-style paramedic program and the development of a cutting-edge Simulation Lab, have set new standards in EMS education. Thompson’s active involvement in industry committees and pursuit of a Master’s in Emergency Medical Science further demonstrate his commitment to advancing the field.
